Abstract
Human life prolongation overcoming natural cell's and organs' degeneration and aging -related diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer represents an unresolved mystery in biomedical research and life science. The dramatic evolution of Genome Science and Network Biology based on high-throughput sequencing and microarrays technologies has led to the current launch of Genomic Medicine epoch. Here it is discussed this exciting potential but also multiple challenges towards a future personalized genome landscape-based achievement of healthy longevity.
